Development Pay Monthly Plan - Terms

  • Pay Monthly Website Development plan entitles the client to receive a fully designed and developed website based on their preferences during the project discussion stage whilst being approved to pay in installments.
  • Credit checking may be required prior to project authorisation to regulate the risks imposed on VAU Networks Ltd
  • A mandatory additional £2.50 will be added to each invoice to cover administration charges per payment.
  • Early settlement of accounts can be discussed with a VAU Networks Account Manager subject to status and fees.
  • An initial deposit may be required prior to the agreement going live
  • Once an agreement has been actioned the remainder of the term must be completed. Refunds are not applicable on the monthly agreement. Failure to make payments may result in loss prevention collections services being actioned.
  • Additional payments to the clients outstanding balance will be accepted in form of account credit (N.B Please take into consideration that the billing system will take account credit before requesting payment for any due invoices for any active services.)
  • Promotional and/or Discount codes and/or vouchers are deemed invalid on any pay monthly website development plans
  • Throughout the entirity of the agreement; The website in its entirity, content and files and images will be legally bound and belonging to VAU Networks Ltd and cannot be /will not be authorised for transfer and/or download, replication and or copying under intellectual property protection until the account has been settled in full.
  • The full development protocol is approximately 30 Days for turnaround. ALL Content must be provided within the first 7 days to allow sufficient time to keep within the completion period. Failure to communicate and/or provision the content within this set timeframe may result in full term payment being due and the payment plan being revoked.
  • Any finanical harship experienced, VAU Networks must be notified and discussed with a VAU Networks Account manager to accompany a soloution to current situations. Delay and/or failure to communicate with VAU Networks Ltd and/or and account manager will set out collections actions as stated in our general terms of service and via this terms agreement.
  • Once the project has been approved by the client no further modifications will be accepted unless it is deemed a fault of VAU Networks Ltd
  • At no point during the pay monthly duration will the client have direct access to the developed files until payment has cleared in full over the agreed term
  • If the developed website requires further updates from VAU Networks Ltd outside of the original design a Website maintenance contract will be required as the payments for the original development is not classed as rental and therfor cannot obligate VAU Networks and/or any of its partner's to client updates.
  • By continuing with a pay monthly order you agree to be bound by the VAU Networks Ltd General Terms and Conditions along with the Pay Monthly Terms and any other corresponding Terms imposed by VAU Networks Ltd.
